Will Expats face difficulties leaving the UAE in the future?

Q: Due to some questions asked here latley it made me thinking if sooner or later the UAE Authorities will make it mandatory that Expats leaving the UAE have to show prove that they do not have any outstanding bills. Thanks to all the faked Asian certificates the verification forms got imposed. What will be the next step people will have to face because of these foul apples? Be interested in your opinion. Thanks.

A: Such a check would be a monumental task for the UAE government. It'll be nearly impossible to double check to see if the documents provided are true or not. I understand the kind of impression faking of Asian certificates has left in other people's minds. But you also need to understand that its the lack of financial security that drives people to commit to such acts. I'm not justifying the act, simply claiming that it's not something embedded in the Asian genetic code. The better alternative to such measures is to facilitate exchange of information concerning frauds with other countries. This way... people fleeing any one country will not have a lot of room to run.
