Approximately 30 to 40 km Silicon Oasis and Academic City are both located near the Emirates and Al Ain Road which is basically cutting the dessert area of Dubai towards the Abu Dhabi Province of Al Ain. Your route to the nearest beach is the Dubai-Al Ain Road going to Zaabel where the Dubai Trade Center is located ( and the infamous trafic congested Shk. Zayed Road). From the Trade Center, you cross the Diyafah Road going to Satwa Round About towards the entrance road to Jumeirah's open beach near the Dubai Marine Hotel. enjoy the beach !
