Anyhow, To Lift the 6 months normal ban-after changing a present employer you have to pay AED 3000 as fine. If you are not completed 1 year with yor present employer you have to pay AED 500 per month to complete an year, I mean, in your case, you need 5 more months to complete an year, so you have to pay AED 500X5 = AED 2500. So you have to pay a total of AED3000+AED2500 = AED5500, for changing your visa at present.
