Q: acctual i got an offer for job from jumbo electronics and i wanna know what the company status in market if i join over there what will future growth.
A: Well Jumbo is he biggest electronic chain in the UAE and is now being rivaled by Sharaf DG. Job wise - the company could be good or even excellent as most of the senior people there have been working for decades ! Hence, it must be good ! However, majority of the entry employees can't wait and stay that long waiting in line to have a career growth as there's a big promotion traffic jam in the middle position levels - and most of them are leaving creating a vacuum. This is one of the reasons why Jumbo is always hiring !!!! So if you are offered a good middle management position (better a senior position) then- lucky you.
