A: Presently, State of Qatar is the fastest growing country in the Middle east. And the construction industry (both Oil & Gas and Civil Building Constructions) is in it's peak. Same as Qatar, Dubai also a well growing area but only in building/structural construction field. But, the growth rate of Qatar is better than Dubai (even Dubai is not a country, we can compare because State of Qatar is having only one major city and is Doha, other two cities are only meant for industries (Ras Laffan & Masaieed). Qatar Jobs offers more salary and the accomodation costs are high even comparing to Dubai/UAE. Other living costs are comparatively same, Another big drawback is QTel - very bad in service and very high in call rates.... If you offered an accomodation + salary option, you can chose either Qatar or Dubai (There will be not that much entertainments in Qatar comparing Dubai/UAE).
