A: MOL is Ministry Of Labour. Your visa may not be cancelled officially, so it should be done before applying another employment visa. Ofcourse, if you are not going to cancel the previous visa officially you can work only in freezones (the ban will not be applicable in freezones). To cancel your old visa, just try to contact with your local uae embassy. The official ban of 6 months (employment visa ban) will be applicable from the date of expiry of your visa, and not calculated by the date on which you exit from UAE. Thanks
