Q: These days everything in dubai is getting more n more expensive. They are adding tax and other expenses like salik,...so I scared we buy a house and one day they come with new rules and add lots of tax or not extending visa of u or ur family and who knows maybe ask us to leave their country...we as expatriates have no right and voice in country rules because we always remain guest.
A: There is risk in any investment and one of the risks of buying property in Dubai is that you don't know what will happen to the laws for foreign owner property in Dubai in the future. For me, the returns on investment are very high which would seem to justify the risk.
