Q: I want to go to India immediately . currently I am in UAE, Abu dhabi. What reasons I can give my employer to go to India? Ofcourse with out resignation casz' some problems to it.
A: Dear Could you mention the actual intention to go back to India? Do you need to quit the job without giving resignation? One thing you should understand is, if you go quit without canceling your visa&work permit, there will be difficulties in coming back if you wish so. So think twice before making a decision. Anyhow, the sickness of dear ones, or seriousness of dear ones will be a reasonable cause for an emergency leave, and the ticket cost will be borne by yourself and it may be a unpaid leave. In previous days, we have to get a fax from home country as a proof, but now a days, fax/ email / phone call also you can tell as a reason/proof if asked. Best of Luck Thx
