Q: Hi! I would just like to ask your good help about the processing of residence visa cancellation in UAE. Actually I though everything is already ok with the resignation I have with my company. They keep telling me that it's already being processed and that I could get all my documents yesterday which is also the date of my flight. And then all of a sudden, I just don't understand why my boss just feel sorry and that he told me that nothing has being done yet. I felt fooled. I just don't deserve it, because I've given them notice already, I have a replacement already with me and that they will deduct an amount of 3000+ from my salary in which I have agreed. I am still on probationary with them, I started working january 12 this year and I have to end it actually yesterday. I just felt helpless for what they did, even speaking that I did my part to them already, but still it happened so unfair. My flight is on the 29th I rebook, shall the cancellation be finished if they start today just this morning he told me that I would get my passport on saturday but Im afraid what if it's not true again after everything he told me which are lies. He told me he feel sorry because he forgot it. How come he forgot while everyday I ask him and that why is he telling me I would have my documents already and even my salary. I really felt fooled and besides I feel helpless right now... Please help me what to do.. Thanks!
A: the cancelleation takes 1 week minimum if they really proceed it on time, as you didn't finish your probation period you need to pay them the visa fees which you agreed also you might have a 6 month ban just for all popel in visa don't ever book your ticket before your visa is cancelled
