Q: what are usual terms of rent payment? what is availablity of apartment/villa in a compound? does the rent include rent or does it include utilities, cleaning charges etc? are the apartments/villa furnished? what other facilities are included? Thanks
A: Dear Dear Mostly you will get it @ 2000-3000 SAR per month... You will be able to find an apartment/flat there and villas are rate to get. Furnished apartments are (sometimes) you can get, but it is better to rent a flat/apartment and furnish yourself. The rent payment usually 3 payments / 4 payments and some landlords will give you even monthly payment. Oter facilities??? Electrified... Water Connection... What else??? Access by Road...enough na?
