A: I'm still surprised by the low salary CIMAC is offering their Middle Managers. Industrial Automation, LV & HV Switchgear Markets are a captured market of CIMAC and they are considered as a leader in this field. Projects are left and right and their success is manifested by their new facility (their own) at Jebel Ali Free Zone Area. And they are offering a salary of Dhs. 16,000/month for their Project Manager of 15 years in experience ? Now I know why the former Enginering Manager decided to quit and instead headed to Rockwell Automation !!! SIEMENS, Rockwell, Schnider, etc are having Dhs. 15,000/month for their entry Project Engineer of 2 years experience. It's up to you then to decide whetehr you would like to accept this offer. Why not try Rockwell or Pacific Controls first? All the best !
