Q: which countries have been issued with a red alert? and i know dubai has but is it a dangerous place to go to? and should i be worried about going?
A: The British Consulate in Dubai issued a red alert by some paranoid people. Whlie this took place the British Ambassador was shopping in Abu Dhabi Mall, got caught by surprise and was mad as hell. Yesterday President Bush praised Sheikh Khalifa for his role and efforts at the regional and international levels. He also lauded Sheik Khalifa for the UAE's moderadete policy, saying that is one of the major factors of stablity in the region. Some Middle Eastern may have a red alert for certain reason (who knows why) but the UAE does not belong to it. Dubai is just dangerous is you want to cross the streets:)) Take care and relax.
