Q: I am a Civil Engineer from India with a 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering. I am planning to move to Dubai to work there. Can any one tell me what the normal working hours are in the Construction Industry. What are the rules regarding Overtime and Weekly offs, Medical Leaves, Casual Leaves and Earned Leaves etc. Are the Indian Engineers treated with respect there?
