Q: Is it safe for a British person to live and work in Dubai? Just wondering after all the coverage recently of the British woman who got jail for 6 years for sex on a beach... Would it be a safe place for a couple to go from Europe? Really hear conflicting / confusing things about life over there? Any ideas or views appreciated!
A: Very safe. The woman wasn't in danger, she broke the laws of the country. If you go to any country, you have to accept their laws.
