Q: im going to dubai this aug 8 but the problem is my documents that still being process in the dfa and embassy.....because of the mistake of regional CHED office, i must re file because they forgot to send my TOR to DFA. Im just going to use my certified true copy first...from school only...pls help asap...hopefully my documents will be release at aug. 15....
A: You did not mention what kind of visa you are going to use in entering the UAE. If you are entering in the UAE on a Visit Visa - it does not matter at all since you dont need those documents yet till the time you are hired for a job. If you are entering in the UAE on Employment Visa then surely you will need them as the Ministry will not issue a residence visa stamping on your passport mentioning your category if your authenticated papers are not submitted.
