Q: I would like to go only for a 15 day visit in the UAE, i have friends but i was informed that they are not allowed to sponsor my visit for this days or either theyre company, she is the CEO. Would there be possible way for me to obtain a visa for the mentioned days.
A: You have to apply for a tourist visa. The tourist visa is available for tourists sponsored by tour operating companies and hotels. It is issued for 30 days for a fee of 100 dirhams and an additional 10 dirhams for delivery. If your friend is not an UAE National he/she is not allowed to sponsor you for a visit no matter what his/her position is. Take care.
