A: So called "unskilled" laborers will be recruited in their home countries and brought over to the UAE. Sad to say that many recruitment agencies are taking over and are cheating on their own country men. I.e. charging for visa costs etc., which is illegal in the UAE. Not knowing where you are from, please search the net for recruiment agencies who are authorised to recruitment people to the UAE. After the new UAE visa rules took place, it will be hard (financially) for an unskilled worker to come to the UAE and find a job.
