Q: I have a family of 4 (wife, 2 sons - 8 years & 8 months). Would be shifting from Delhi. Will this be sufficeint for a decent lifestyle ? Will i be able to save anything ?
A: If you bring the family here, the minimum you can expect to pay School fees for two children will not be less that Dh3,000 per month. Check whether you and your family are offered air tickets back to your country every year for vacations. If you are offered a job, check the type of visa. Some companies make you work on a visit visa, which is illegal. U must get residence permit from your company. Also do not forget the weather here is hot and humid for about six months of the year.
