Q: Hi friends, Just wondering if it is possible to get a decent hotel in Dubai (possibly downtown area, nearer to the attractions) at ca. 300 AED per night. thanks for the reply in advance....don't want luxury but clean and cosy, not realy noisy.
A: I've stayed at the Admiral Plaza several times. Its reasonably quiet and clean. Rates can be below your 300 AED budget. Le Meridien also has some rooms at 300 AED. You must be aware that Dubai hotel rates change quite dramatically depending on demand. If there is a large conference or a special event - rates go up fast.
