Q: My employer had a change of heart.Surely, the Visa issued 8 mos. ago expired without being used. Now, another employer wants to hire me. Would there be a problem in the issuance of visa? Please educate me on this. Many thanks!!
A: if they applied for the visa and u never went there i think it expires a month after issue so u shouldnt hv a problem. if however u actually had a residence visa and labour card processed thats a different story and u cant get a new visa till the old ones cancelled.
