My employment visa(for Dubai) was rejected due to gender issues , is there any other way this can be approved?

Q: According to my employers, it was rejected because due to gender issues. The person that best fits the accountant post should be male according to the Ministry. The already filed 2 more times but the application remain cancelled. Is there any other way this can be approved? Appreciate your help....
