If you do not belong to the Nationalities which can obtain a visa up-on-arrival you need to obtain a tourist visa through a travel agency or hotel. IF you get lucky and land a job within 30 days (or one extension) you might have to leave the UAE, go back to your home country and come back on an employment visa.
